This commercial building has been redeveloped into several separate office/shop spaces and required upgrading the exterior.

Royal View Windows & Exteriors replaced nearly 2000 sq f of outdated sealed units with old reflective film peeling off of them with beautiful Solar Blue Reflective argon-filled glass units with Low Emissivity Coating.

Additionally, we removed an original door partition from one side of the building and installed it to the other side that needed an entrance because of the redevelopment. We have installed a new aluminum commercial system frame in place of the removed door and painted the exterior of all frames.

The result is obvious improvement of building’s appeal as well as greatly increased energy efficiency and lowered utility costs. The work (not counting the glass production time) took two weeks to complete.
